Passionate about mechanics and customer service? Centre du Camion Boucherville offers the position of parts and service advisor. The position consists of meeting the needs of customers as well as the mechanical workshop, in terms of mechanical parts for heavy road vehicles.

This is a weekday, daytime shift, on a fixed pre-arranged schedule, with a range of benefits.

More specifically, the position involves:

  • Respond and lead the customers to their heavy duty mechanical parts inquiries (phone/front counter)
  • Serve mechanics with parts for the workshop, and monitor the status of repairs
  • Source required parts from suppliers
  • Receiving goods and maintaining the inventory

Requested skills

  • Being comfortable working with a computer (Acomba, Microsoft office, word, basic's of excel, online searches)
  • Having a good knowledge of mechanics and parts (an asset in the field of heavy vehicles!)
  • Being a good communicator
  • Have initiative and be well organized
  • Being bilingual (French / English)
